She has been working in the personnel consultancy business, providing HR consulting services, for 10 years. She has gained her professional experience while working for world-class leaders from the personnel consultancy sector. As a Country Manager at REED in Poland she was responsible for the development of business in REED’s key European region both in the area of recruiting specialists and managers as well as in creating solutions for temporary work and outsourcing. At Adecco Poland, where she led a team responsible for international recruitment projects, she supported the realization of strategic goals of business clients through forming and implementing systems, including mass ones, which helped effectively recruit the best employees.
Ritu is a Senior Consultant with Bridge the Gap. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has more than 6 years of experience in the field of Recruitment. Her native language is English.
She specializes in middle and senior level hiring for bulk and niche requirements. A major part of her work deals with IT Recruitment.
Prior to Bridge the Gap, she worked with Oracle and Capgemini in India and also with some executive search firms in India and in Finland.
When in Oracle she handled the End to End recruitment cycle for their internal IT projects. At Capgemini she handled the end to end recruitment cycle for their new service line ITS (Infrastructure Transformation Services).
She has worked on a number of technologies and skillsets. She has been successful in hiring Java Developers/ Architects, C++ developers, Dot Net developers, Datacentre Architects, Virtualization Architects, SAN, NAS Architects, etc.
She has also done a lot of functional hiring for Business Analysts, Test Analysts, Risk Analysts, Quantitative Analysts, PeopleSoft Functional Consultants and Basel testing for global investment banks and financial firms.
At Bridge the Gap, she is responsible for the IT search and is also involved with assessment centres.

Joanna is a graduate in Management and French philology at the University of Warsaw. She is also a certified Assessor from Earnst&Young Academy of Business. Currently, Joanna works as a Recruitment Consultant at Bridge the Gap, where she leads recruitment projects and participates in Assessment Center sessions.
Joanna is involved in sourcing of candidates for the open positions. She prepares a market analysis in terms of the availability of the best candidates, participates in resume selection, conducts telephonic and direct interviews with candidates.
Earlier, she worked as an International Mobility Specialist at Schneider Electric in the HR department. She was in charge of coordinating the relocation processes of internal clients.
She was studying social psychology at University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Maja leads recruitment projects regarding middle and executive management candidates and she participates in Assessment/ Development Center sessions. Maja prepares a market analysis due to the availability of the best candidates in regard to the customers’ needs and due to the analysis of the key candidates’ characteristics.
